Joshua Garcia is beyond thankful over the early success of his primetime thriller drama “The Killer Bride.”
In an interview before he hit the red carpet at the 2019 ABS-CBN Ball last Saturday, September 14, the actor gushed about all the positive feedback and high ratings the show has received since going on air last month.
According to him, the whole production team behind their program are also deeply happy for the audience’s appreciation of their work, noting how hard it was for them to shoot some of their scenes sometimes.
He said, “Sobra-sobrang pasasalamat. ‘Di lang ako, kung ‘di ‘yung buong team nagpapasalamat kasi sobrang hirap i-mount ng mga eksena sa ‘The Killer Bride.’
“Very thankful ang team. Maraming-maraming salamat, Kapamilya!” he added.
As for attending this year’s ABS-CBN Ball, the actor shared how honored he was to give to a cause that aims to provide educational assistance for children under the care of ABS-CBN Foundation’s Bantay Bata 163 initiative.
“Hindi lang kami nag-eenjoy tonight. Makakatulong din kami sa mga bata. Sobrang happy,” he stated.
Joshua starred in the 2018 romantic comedy “I Love You, Hater,” alongside Julia Barretto and Kris Aquino.
