Heavy rains and inclement weather did not stop Filipinos from watching "Hello, Love, Goodbye!"
According to the latest figures from Star Cinema, the romantic drama flick, which is helmed by Blockbuster Director Cathy Garcia-Molina and topbilled by Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, has already earned ₱250,040,718.80 in box office sales, just five days after it premiered last July 31!
Moviegoers have been flocking to cinemas over the weekend, with some people enduring long hours of queuing just to see the much-anticipated film, whose screenings were either fully-booked or had seats already reserved.
A not-so-typical story by Carmi Raymundo, the film centers around Joy (Kathryn) and Ethan (Alden), overseas Filipino workers struggling to make a living and reach for their dreams in Hong Kong.
Also a part of the film's cast are Maymay Entrata, Jameson Blake, Joross Gamboa, Jeffrey Tam, Kakai Bautista, Lovely Abella, and Anthony Jennings.
"Hello, Love, Goodbye" is now shown in over 465 theaters nationwide. International screenings are already scheduled in several countries worldwide!
