Yes, it's still possible for Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina and John Lloyd Cruz to work on a movie together.
The blockbuster director revealed during a press interview after the "Hello, Love, Goodbye" Global Media Launch last July 9, that she and John Lloyd talked over the phone when he heard about her plan to retire.
So, natuwa naman ako."
Another big revelation: Direk Cathy will be taking an "extended" leave of absence instead of retiring from doing films altogether.
Prior to John Lloyd's showbiz hiatus in 2017, he and Direk Cathy have worked on a number of blockbuster movies together including "A Second Chance," "It Takes a Man and a Woman," and "One More Chance."
