Following their simple yet intimate wedding in Sydney, Makisig Morales has opened up about his marriage to Fil-Aussie beauty queen Nicole Joson.
During an exclusive interview with PUSH, the former child star revealed why he decided to get married at the age of 22.
Kaya I considered my Dad’s advice din.”
The “Bagani” actor also revealed that his proposal, which he did at a revolving restaurant in Perth back in September, had the blessing of both his parents.
As for the wedding ceremony itself, it happened back in January and he had mixed emotions the entire day. Nicole really is a blessing to me."
Of course, married life is not easy. The actor admitted that he’s matured a lot since becoming a husband. He said, "Maraming sacrifices na kailangan gawin at siyempre give and take.”
Makisig, who is currently based in Sydney, also said that starting a family will now be at the hands of his wife, “Medyo pinag-iisipan na din namin at [pinagdadasal]. How many? Depende po kay Nicole.”
The actor, whose family migrated to Australia in 2014, was the lead star in the iconic early 2000s series "Super Inggo." He also got roles in different flicks including "Caregiver", "Supahpapalicious", "Sisterakas", and "Ang Cute ng Ina Mo".
He was last seen in fantaserye "Bagani" with Liza Soberano, Enrique Gil, and Matteo Guidicelli.
