Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach would go long ways for her sister Sarah.
On "Magandang Buhay" yesterday, March 4, the beauty queen-turned-actress shared the story of how she went to the United Kingdom to support her sister when she gave birth.
Although she missed the entire birthing process, Pia still went on. Thankfully, she did.
"Buti na lang tumuloy ako kasi ang daming naging complications nung panganganak niya," she said.
The sisters were close to tears as they went into details.
"Nagsusuklay siya tapos tumingin siya sa'kin. Bigla na lang siyang umiyak, bigla na lang din akong umiyak. Parang, 'Thank God you came.' Almost as a relief," Pia recounted.
Then they both teared up and hugged each other, assuring that everything was going to be fine.
Sarah said that at that point, her sister was all she needed.
"Sobrang busy mong tao. Sobrang dami mong ganap sa buhay. Tapos nagawan mo ng paraan na isang linggo walang trabaho para maalagaan mo 'ko. That's what I meant by selfless," she said.
