As far as 80s leading men go, Keempee de Leon was quite the ladies man!
In an interview on "Tonight With Boy Abunda" yesterday, March 28, the newly-minted Kapamilya actor looked back on his high-profile romances with Ana Roces, Manilyn Reynes, Carmina Villaroel, Vina Morales, and Ara Mina. Of the five women, Keempee only denied dating Ana.
At that time, kami ni Carmina. So nag-away kami."
The "Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit" star clarified that he only had short, four-month flings with Manilyn and Ara, but dated Vina for a year and a half. His longest relationship was with Carmina, the only woman he wanted to marry.
"Si Carmina, two years po kami, during the 'Palibhasa Lalaki' days, dumadalaw ako sa kanya. [The reason we broke up] kasalanan ko din, Tito Boy. Sorry, Mins!" he said, and later added, "[I wanted to marry] Mina, doon ko lang nalaman na seryoso na.
Keempee also dropped this bomb: apparently, he had also been a boyfriend to actress G Tongi, singer Jessa Zaragoza, and "Block Z" star Ina Raymundo. Iba rin! In spite of his playboy tendencies though, he's remained friends with all his past girlfriends.
