REWIND: The best of Enrique Gil in Star Cinema

At 26, our favorite mestizo has scored his fair share of awards and recognition as an actor.

From winning the Yahoo! OMG! Awards Most Promising Actor, and the 14th Gawad PASADO Awards PINAKAPASADOng Dangal ng Kabataan both in 2012, to the 49th GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Box Office King in 2018, Enrique Gil's talent as a performer knows no bounds.

And before we finally meet his new character Raf in "Alone/Together" on February 13, let us look back at all his iconic roles on the big-screen that put him on the pedestal as one of the most bankable actors of his generation.

"Dukot"

Released in 2016, "Dukot" showcased Enrique's versatility and dedication as an actor. Portraying a character that’s different from him, Enrique showed burning passion in working with his co-stars and director Paul Soriano.

"Way Back Home"

"Way Back Home" is Enrique's fourth film. He played Michael, Kathryn Bernardo's best friend.

"My Ex and Whys"

The hit Cathy Garcia Molina romance-comedy movie of 2017 gave Enrique and his perennial leading lady Liza Soberano the Box Office King and Queen title at the 49th GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Awards.

"Seven Sundays"

Enrique was nominated at the Eddys Awards 2018 for Best Supporting Actor after his dramatic performance in the 2017 family movie. He was joined by top-notch movie actors such as Ronaldo Valdez, Aga Muhlach, Dingdong Dantes, and Cristine Reyes.
