"You Changed My Life" was released 10 years ago this month. The Valentine's movie of 2009 starred power love team John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo and was directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
In celebration of their anniversary, we listed the two most important things we learned from Miggy and Laida's relationship:
1. Everyone loves differently
Each lover is unique in expressing one's love. Remember that there are five languages of love (https://starcinema.abs-cbn.com/2018/8/20/blog/star-cinema-25th-anniversary/find-your-love-language-through-these-5-romantic-s-42648) and one must know and understand her partner's actions and words to maintain balance and avoid misunderstandings.
2. Love builds, it does not destroy
Laida learned it the hard way before she realized that love could either make or break her. As her world revolved around Miggy, she didn't notice that her own world was breaking apart. Moral of the story? Love should serve as an inspiration, not a destruction.
