Karla Estrada and Daniel Padilla truly was a source of hope for Rommel Padilla during the darkest moments of his life.
In a recent interview in "Magandang Buhay", the veteran actor shared how his life changed completely upon the birth of his son, and how an unexpected visit from his child while he was still serving a prison sentence back in the 90's was so monumental to him as a man.
Rommel couldn't help but get emotional when he recalled the first hug he shared with Daniel, who was just seven months old at that time. He said, "Nakita ko sa mata niya, eh.
At tanggap niya lahat 'yun."
According to the actor, he was allowed to post bail a month after the visit, and he used his temporary freedom to spend more family time with Daniel and Karla.
