Angel Locsin just reacted to being regarded by Forbes Magazine as one of the top philanthropists in the Asia Pacific region.
Earlier today, December 4, the actress took to Twitter to express gratitude over after being included in the magazine's annual Heroes of Philanthropy, a list which honors individuals who have addressed pressing issues in the region.
She wrote, "I never thought Forbes Asia would ever mention my name. Thank you!"
"Filipinos have always been known for 'bayanihan.' I’m nowhere near being a billionaire, but I try my best to do my part in my own little way," the actress added.
"I hope this would inspire other people to help as well," she ended.
Angel was last seen in the hit primetime drama series “The General’s Daughter,” which wrapped up this year.
Her latest movie outings were in the romantic comedy “The Third Party” and the comedy-drama “Everything About Her,” both of which premiered in 2016.
Continue inspiring others, Angel!
