We’ve seen her in a lot of blockbuster hits, but Kathryn Bernardo has her favorites when it comes to Pinoy movies just like the rest of us.
In an interview with PUSH posted yesterday, October 29, the actress, who grew up in the showbiz industry, opened up that she loves watching movies, particularly ones made in the country.
Among the movies that she really loved to watch was the 1999 youth-oriented drama-comedy “Gimik,” the 2007 blockbuster hit “One More Chance,” which stars John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, and the 2008 romantic comedy “A Very Special Love,” which is also topbilled by John Lloyd with Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo.
She said, “Favorite ko siguro ‘One More Chance,’ ‘Gimik,’ yung barkada movie na ‘yun, and ‘A Very Special Love.’”
“Mga classic ‘yun eh,” she added.
Kathryn also revealed that she is willing to work on another horror movie, saying, “I want to try doing horror again. Na-try ko na siya before pero parang once pa lang.”
“Gusto ko ulit mag-horror or maybe thriller and action someday,” she ended.
Kathryn starred in the 2018 blockbuster hit “The Hows of Us,” alongside her on-and-off screen partner Daniel Padilla. She then topbilled the 2019 romantic drama “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” also directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
She will be also working with Daniel an upcoming Dreamscape Entertainment-produced teleserye next year.
