Daniel on his Iceland trip with Kathryn: ‘It was the best’

We still can’t get over Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo’s beautiful Iceland vacation, and apparently, neither can they!

Last Sunday, October 13, during a digital conference following the huge victory of the song “Mabagal” at the 2019 Himig Handog songwriting competition, Raniel opened up about their recent vacation at the Land of Fire and Ice.

According to him, they were able to explore the whole country throughout their 11-day visit.

Daniel stated, “Marami [kaming napuntahan]. Inikot namin ‘yung buong Iceland in 11 days. Inikot namin siya. ‘Yun lang naman ‘yun kasi isa lang ‘yung kalsada nila, paikot lang siya, so ayun. Naikot namin ‘yung buo.”

“It was the best,” he described.

Meanwhile, when asked about what they felt after seeing the natural display of Northern Lights, he said, “It was very beautiful. It’s a natural phenomenon.”

“‘Yun ‘yung mga bagay na ‘di naman likhang tao. Iba na ‘yung gumagawa noon. So, it’s very magical,” he continued.

Kathryn and Daniel’s last teleserye project was the 2017 Star Creatives-produced series “La Luna Sangre.” They are slated to star in an upcoming teleserye next year.

The two led the 2018 blockbuster hit “The Hows of Us.” Kathryn also starred in the romantic drama “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” which is now the highest-grossing Filipino film in history.
