After his triumphant in Las Vegas last January 19, superstar boxer Senator Manny Pacquiao is facing the loss of his personal belongings as his mansion in North Plymouth, Los Angeles has been robbed.
News of the robbery broke last night, January 21. According to reports, the mansion is still under investigation with the police barring entry. The burglars, who ransacked the mansion, allegedly focused largely on the master bedroom which houses the Pacquiaos' safety vault, says Manny's brother Bobby Pacquiao.
According to a recent report by Rappler, Pacman had been driving home to California after successfully defending his World Boxing Association welterweight title against American boxer Adrian Broner at the MGM Grand when he caught wind of the robbery.
Manny, together with his wife Jinkee and his team, are all staying in a separate house as the investigation continues.
It is of note that the LA mansion, bought in 2011 for a cool $2.17 million, was also robbed in 2012, while Pacquiao was in the Philippines training for his fourth fight versus Juan Manuel Marquez.
