Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla have been a love team for seven years, and they only continue to get better as time passes: the kilig just becomes sweeter, the stories become more mature, and their acting skills get better and better.
So for Actors’ Day today, September 8, we prepared two videos showcasing the premiere love team’s growth as artists.
First is Daniel, who started with his role as Billy in “24/7 in Love,” then continued as Angelo in “Sisterakas,” Cedric in “Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay,” Ivan in “Must Be… Love,” Kenji/Kenneth in “She’s Dating the Gangster,” Ely in “Barcelona: A Love Untold,” Dos in “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” Rappiddo in “The Revenger Squad,” and finally, Primo in “The Hows of Us.”
Fun fact: All of Daniel’s movies have also starred Kathryn. Even in his solo movie “The Revenger Squad,” the actress made a sweet cameo during the blooper reel.
Meanwhile, Kathryn played the love interest of all of Daniel’s characters in the same movies, save for her portrayal of Anna in the 2011 family movie “Way Back Home,” which starred Julia Montes, Enrique Gil, and Sam Concepcion.
Kathryn will also be doing a solo movie with Sharon Cuneta and Richard Gomez titled “Three Words to Forever.” Read more about it here (https://starcinema.abs-cbn.com/2018/8/12/news/this-isnt-a-drill-sharon-richard-kathryn-compl-42423).
