To love a person is to save him from his own miserable thoughts; to make him realize that a life with him is worth living for, and to whisper his name in her last breath is a chance that she is always willing to take.
No two people (in the fictional movie world) know this better than Raffy and Eugene, played by KC Concepcion and Sam Milby, in the 2011 romance-drama film "Forever and a Day" (which was helmed by "The Hows of Us" director Cathy Garcia-Molina).
Two souls who are bound to meet but not to stay together for a lifetime. Even so, if one chooses to love limitlessly everyday, the way Eugene is to Raffy, who promised her more sunrises than sundowns, quitting on love would never be an option.
Revisit Raffy and Eugene's road to forever in this 10-min supercut:
"You can stop counting sunsets and look forward to more sunrises."
