'Now That I Have You' Supercut: Never forget John Lloyd and Bea's first ever movie kiss

As John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo's second film together, "Now That I Have You" holds an extra special place in our hearts. First released in August of 2004, this is the JLC-Bea film credited for making all of us fall in love with their big screen team-up. And today, as we bid goodbye to August, we're walking down memory lane for some of the best, most romantic, and most heartbreaking scenes from this movie.

In "Now That I Have You", John Lloyd and Bea portray Michael and Bianca, two people who found love in MRT 3. Watch their love story unfold in the clips below:

1. The Sign

We all have that Nikki Valdez kind of supportive friend, 'yung ang lakas ng loob tapos slightly tactless? We need her, we love her. Also, you'd be lying if you said Bianca's hopelessly romantic "Titanic" fantasy didn't give you life.

2. The Date

From eyelash wishes, John Lloyd's awkward dancing to the JLC-Bea tandem's iconic first big-screen kiss, what's not to love about this montage?

3. The Tampuhan

Sino namang hindi makaka-relate sa "my boyfriend isn't texting back" away ni Betsy and Michael, 'di ba?

4. The Breakup

Is there anything more heartbreaking than catching your jowa on a date with a girl that's definitely not you, and then have him break up with you after? This is not Michael's finest moment, but Betsy shines with grace despite the heart-wrenching situation an idiot (sorry pero totoo kasi?) boyfriend put her in.

5. The Big Speech

While this declaration of love might have been made at a crowded and noisy MRT station, it's still one of the best Big Gesture moments from the early 2000's. It's everything your rom-com fantasies are made of: a nakakahiya confession in public, raining rose petals, and a big kiss. Iconic.

Post-"Now That I Have You", John Lloyd and Bea starred in 2006's "Close to You" and "All About Love", the classic 2007 romantic drama "One More Chance", 2010's "Miss You Like Crazy", 2012's "The Mistress" and 2015's "A Second Chance".
