All ears were on Dimples Romana as she answered the question on what could be her fondest memory with her "Bagani" co-stars, particularly on Matteo Guidicelli.
"Alam mo ang pinakamaganda sa kaibigan kong ito hindi siya talaga nagbago," she confessed to the press at the "Bagani" Farewell Media Con held last Saturday, August 11.
She continued, "Mula nung Day 1 hanggang ngayong nagta-taping kami, bulol pa rin siya!" and had the crowd LOL-ing.
She even recalled one scene that really tested their patience and Matteo's "skill' in speaking Tagalog.
"Bumuhos ang ulan, ang lakas! Nasa loob kami ng tent para kaming mga basang sisiw. [At] napakahusay talaga ni Matteo, alam mo ang sabi ni Matteo 'Dimps, what do you think? Can we go back to the tent?'"
Which she answered with, "'No! Don't talk to me, Matteo! This is all your fault! Kaya kami basa lahat dito dahil hindi mo naman nasabi ang linya mo!"
To which Matteo replied with, "'why are you so upset with me? It's Sir Mark's (Mark Duane Angos, headwriter for ABS-CBN Star Creatives) fault! Because he knows I could not speak Tagalog very well, yet he's still giving me Tagalog'".
"'You know what Matteo, every single one on this set, has faith in you! You have to believe in yourself'", Dimples answered back that made everyone in the room burst out laughing.
She further recalled, "So mula po nun, na-realize ko na, 'If you cannot beat them, join them, and teach them!'"
Catch the finale of "Bagani" this Friday on Primetime Bida!
Dimples and Matteo have both done a handful of movies under Star Cinema, the most recent being "The Unmarried Wife" and "My Perfect You" for the former and "Can't Help Falling in Love" and "The Ghost Bride" for the latter.
