Known to be an adventurer and sports enthusiast, Chinita Princess Kim Chiu recently achieved a first in her running career - finishing the Vertical Run.
Part of the 2018 Vertical World Circuit, Kim participated in the Manila leg of the run, which requires runners to climb up the steps of Shangri-La at the Fort, one of the tallest buildings in the metro.
“Made it in 14 mins! 💪🏻🏃🏻♀️” she wrote in her post yesterday, July 8. “My first 59 floors vertical run, with additional 2 floors to reach the finish line! 😅🔚 Thanks for the great experience Kerry Sports Manila (@kerrysportsmanila)! Now I know the feeling ‘pag nag-stairs ako from the lobby going to the penthouse! 🙈😝 #61floors #verticalrun”
61 floors in 14 minutes?!?!?! 😲
Judging from the race bib on her shirt and the number of floors she climbed, Kimmy chose to take on the full challenge type of run. She never does anything by halves, does she? 🙌
Congratulations, Kimmy! 👏👏👏
Kim recently starred in the horror-comedy film “Da One That Ghost Away: DOTGA” alongside Ryan Bang, Pepe Herrera, Lassy Marquez, Moi Bien, Maymay Entrata, and Edward Barber.
