Baron Geisler on death hoax: 'May konting truth'

Just to put it out there - Baron Geisler is very much alive.

The controversial actor was hounded by death rumors on social media just before his 36th birthday yesterday, June 5.

In a Facebook post last June 1, Baron clarified:

"I’m very much alive and grateful, so please do not believe the fake news that I’m dead. Ibig sabihin lang niyan mas hahaba pa buhay ko. Much love!! πŸ™ŒπŸ½β€οΈ"

Yesterday, a number of Baron's Twitter followers have commented on the fake news, which seem to have happened in the previous years to the actor.

In one of his Twitter replies, Baron said, "Siguro 'yung old self ko patay na. Hehe. May konting truth ang news. Pero mali pa rin ang magkalat ng fake news lalo na kung 'di kanais-nais."

Baron is currently in Cebu City for his rehabilitation treatment. He admitted himself into rehab after getting arrested for allegedly threatening his brother-in-law Michael Morales last March.
