Production for the much-anticipated Bea Alonzo-Aga Muhlach film has wrapped up in Vancouver!
The news was first shared by the film’s director Paul Soriano through his posts on Instagram last night, June 28.
“Thank you #Vancouver,” he wrote in his caption.
“What an awesome and memorable experience working with Aga Muhlach (@agamuhlach317) and Bea Alonzo (@beaalonzo). Thank you for the trust and opportunity!! I learned so much. I can’t wait to share this story with you all soon,” he wrote.
Bea also wrote about their last day on her Instagram, sharing the same photo Direk Paul posted but in color.
“And it's a wrap here in Vancouver! Time went by so fast! I will never forget working with these two talented men and the whole team!” she wrote in her caption. “Paul (@paulsoriano1017), Aga (@agamuhlach317), I can honestly say that this trip has become one of my most unforgettable shoots yet. 🙏🏻 Thank you to the entire team of Ten17P (@ten17p) for making it a fun experience ❤️ Thank you also Star Cinema (@starcinema) for making this movie possible 😊”
The people they worked with in Vancouver also posted about the wrap up.
“It was definitely a crazy ride but we pulled it off!” producer and cinematographer Kent Donguines wrote in his post. “Thank you so much to everyone who made this project possible especially Director Paul Soriano (@paulsoriano1017) and Producer RC delos Reyes (@rcdelosreyes0509) of Ten17P (@ten17p) for entrusting this to us. Also, to my team Maxime Beauchamp (@max.beauchamp) and Vera (@vera_lobo9), we made it! ❤️”
“Last night we wrapped the Vancouver portion of this production and I have to say it's been an absolute pleasure working with everyone. I'm so grateful that you let me get to know you,” Shayne McRae of Alta Visuals wrote on his post. “It’s so refreshing to know there are still kind, and collaborative people in such a passionate industry. I'm planning on implementing some of your techniques into my filmmaking. Being adaptive and learning to go with the flow is the way to do it! I wish you all the best with the rest of the feature and with the rest of your lives. You all have amazing hearts and that will take you far in life alone. Pair it with motivation and you're unstoppable. I'll see you on your side of the world for the premiere ❤ so much respect and love for you all.”
Kent and his team also gave Bea and Aga some parting gifts.

Kidding! 😆 Their actual gifts included a dreamcatcher for Bea, a miniature totem pole for Aga, Vancouver magnets, bottles of maple syrup, and special gift cards.
Too bad the video doesn’t have sound, but it looks like the two love their gifts!
With production wrapped up in Vancouver, Bea, Aga, and Direk Paul could be arriving home any day now!
Aside from its two lead stars, this film also includes Edward Barber, G Tongi, Albie Casino, and Sandy Andolong.
