Learn a thing or two from how Saab deals with her sadness

It’s been a few months since Saab Magalona gave birth to her baby boy Pancho and lost his twin sister Luna and the new mom is still grieving. 😔

The Cheats singer opened up about her grief in an Instagram post yesterday, June 13.

“My body was once home to three heartbeats 💗” she wrote in her caption.

“I’ve been allowing myself to grieve Luna’s passing and to enjoy all my moments with Pancho. It’s been such a rollercoaster to say the least, but I am getting better,” she continued.

She also took time to comfort others who may be going through something as well by sharing the wise words she is holding on to herself.

She wrote, “In case you are going through something horrible as well, let me share something from my morning meditation: ‘If there’s sadness, let there be sadness. It’s when we make the sadness wrong — telling ourselves we shouldn’t be experiencing it — that our emotions intensify. When we stop resisting that which is, without adding any commentary or judgment, the sadness comes and the sadness goes. Why shouldn’t we be sad? Sometimes sadness happens. Allow things to be as they are in each moment.’

Saab and her husband Jim Bacarro set up a memorial fund in honor of their daughter’s memory last May.

Baby Pancho was in the hospital for quite a while but was discharged in April, two months after being born in February. He’s now doing very well.
