"Oh my gosh! Such a blessing!"
That was how Donny Pangilinan happily reacted when we asked him about his working experience with Zanjoe Marudo and Maja Salvador in an exclusive interview at the sidelines of MYX VJ Search 2018 last Sunday, May 27.
The 20-year-old VJ-actor was welcome aboard by "To Love Some Buddy" director Jason Paul Laxamana a week ago, and he also shared good words about Donny.

"First scene pa lang namin, I couldn't believe that I was actually in the same room with these people," Donny recalled.
"Kuya Zanjoe, especially, because I'm his brother in the movie. I really felt the brotherly actions that he would give me. Parang feel ko talaga na kuya ko talaga siya," he added.
Donny went on to further praise not just Zanjoe, but everyone on the set.
"The way he is in set sobrang kind niya. I've learned so much from them," he stressed.
Donny never felt intimidated with Maja and Zanjoe which helped him shrug off the pressure and shyness immediately.
"They're very welcoming and open," he explained. "Parang hindi nga kami nag-work eh. It did feel like work but it felt like they're really helping me and they were really making sure that I wasn't stiff. I wasn't pressured since this is my first movie with these people."
"It was really fun," he reiterated in the end.
"To Love Some Buddy" is a "best friend pero nagtaluhan" film according to Direk JP.
