Two years after Vina Morales filed a kidnapping case against former partner Cedric Lee, the Mandaluyong City Regional Trial Court and presiding judge Anthony Fama finally rendered the decision that the accused is "GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT!"
Cedric violated the court-approved visitation rights when he forcibly detained their nine-year-old daughter Ceana for nine days while Vina was abroad.

A copy of the RTC Branch 277 of Mandaluyong City was sent to ABS-CBN News earlier today, May 28.
As stated in the court's decision, Cedric needs to pay a fine of three hundred pesos (P300.00) for Article 271 of the Revised Penal Code and twenty-five thousand (P25,000) for moral damages, as well as twenty-five thousand (P25,000) nominal damages to Vina.
On top of these, an interest rate of 6% per annum is given from the finality of judgement until fully paid.
It can be remembered that Cedric also filed two libel cases against Vina last year but both have been dismissed.
