Seems like Cristine Reyes is keen on keeping her personal life private.
The “Seven Sundays” actress dodged questions about her rumored separation from husband Ali Khatibi by literally walking away from members of the press, who had caught her off-guard with an “ambush” interview at the 49th Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Box Office Entertainment Awards last May 20.
ABS-CBN News shared footage of the incident on their Youtube channel.
The separation rumors began early January when Cristine asked her Instagram followers to "pray" for her marriage. Four months later, Cristine unfollowed her husband from Instagram and then followed him again shortly after.
Cristine’s sister, Ara Mina, told PEP in an interview last May 17 that Cristine has yet to open up about her marriage woes and the following Instagram drama.
“Well, nag-text ako, hindi niya ako sinagot.
