Bea, may mga bagong nadiscover sa Cebu!

Star Cinema's 25th anniversary opener and latest film "Kasal" features not only the acting prowess of lead stars Derek Ramsay, Paulo Avelino, Bea Alonzo, and other cast members, but also the beautiful city of Cebu and its breathtaking tourist spots.

At the film's Bloggers Conference last Thursday, May 17, Bea and director Ruel S. Bayani shared their whole shooting experience in Cebu.

"Ang totoo, ayaw na naming umalis ng Cebu. 'Yung last day namin lungkot na lungkot kami," Direk Ruel revealed.

"We had a party at the Leah dahil do'n kami naka-stay. Napakabait nung owner. Bea hosted a party for the team. Buong experience namin sa Cebu, walang kahirap-hirap," he added.

"Lahat ng kausap, lahat ng coordinators, lahat ng owners ng mga locations na pinagshooting-an namin napakababait and sobrang ibang experience," Direk further explained.

Direk Ruel hopes for "more projects to be filmed in Cebu" because "Cebu was also breathtakingly beautiful."

Bea strongly agreed to it adding, "can I just point out na ilang beses na'ko nagpupunta sa Cebu in the past but first time ko napuntahan 'yung locations na mga piuntahan namin like Temple of Leah, 10,000 roses, Little Amsterdam, ang gaganda talaga."

"Nakakatuwa kasi every year andun ako sa Sinulog pero ang dami pa palang pwedeng i-discover sa Cebu," the Movie Queen related. "Thank you for letting us shoot and thank you for making it a really fun experience."

Direk Ruel and Bea also commended the people in Cebu for being respectful.

"Every night lumalabas kami nila Paulo, nila Derek, walang (paparazzi). Napakarespectful nila even sa mga restaurants," Direk shared.

Bea, on the other hand, is grateful for the respect and privacy the Cebuanos gave them.

"They're so proper. They would really ask kung gusto nila ng picture. Nakakatuwa kasi nag-a-ask sila pagkatapos na kumain," she happily said.
