Here's further proof that Meghan Trainor's bops can spark your confidence.
The singer, who attended the "I Feel Pretty" Los Angeles premiere last April 17 in Westwood, California, revealed to The Hollywood Reporter how her song "Me Too" got to be featured in the movie. It was also used for the film's trailer.
"They emailed me and they said, 'We want to have your song in the film,' and I asked, 'What’s it called?' They said 'I Feel Pretty', and I was like, 'Let's go!'" she said.
Meghan said her inclusion in the movie's original soundtrack is a "huge bucket list thing" for her, being a stan of its lead actress Amy Schumer.
She revealed, "I've been a huge fan of Amy Schumer since her early stand-up, and I always knew she was going to blow up but I just didn't know when. So, this is a dream come true to be here."
Directed by Abby Kohn and Marc Silverstein, also starring Michelle Williams, Emily Ratajkowski, Rory Scovel, Aidy Bryant, Busy Phillips, Tom Hopper, and Naomi Campbell — "I Feel Pretty" hits Philippine cinemas this May 2!
