Carlo Aquino and Angelica Panganiban have become more open about their friendship on social media this year, and since they’re both single, fans have been itching for them to get back together in real life.
Although they’ve shown sweetness to each other (Carlo sent Angelica roses for Valentine’s Day), the actor maintained there’s a slim chance it’s going to happen.
“Ngayon, hindi pa ako naghahanap ng relationship,” Carlo told PEP today, April 19. “After [a relationship na] seven years, parang masyadong maaga, masyadong mabilis kung magkakaroon ako ng girlfriend… Sa ngayon friends talaga kami [ni Angelica].”
Carlo also talked about their past relationship, and admitted that he left a big scar on Angelica following their breakup.
“G**o lang talaga ako nun, bata, eh. Hindi sure kung ano ang mayroon, tapos siyempre ‘yung atensiyon. ‘Yung nasaktan ko siya, sana 'di sa ganung paraan ko nagawa ‘yun,” he said.
He added that he feels hurt over all the heartbreak Angelica experienced from her ex-boyfriends Derek Ramsay and John Lloyd Cruz.
“Nasasaktan din ako kasi mabuti din naman siyang tao,” he said. “Sobra, sobra siyang magmahal, wala siyang ititira, ibibigay niya lahat sa’yo.”
Carlo and Angelica are set to do a movie under Star Cinema. More details about the project here: "Carlo, Angelica in upcoming 'kilig, sakit' movie"
