'Kapana-panabik:' Bea calls 'Eerie' one of her best films
Movie Queen Bea Alonzo is keeping the mystery alive around her character in the upcoming Mikhail Red horror movie "Eerie".
In an interview with members of the press at the Star Cinema-Aurora Media contract signing today, April 17, the actress called her character, a guidance counselor named Pat, "hard to describe".
She said, "Complex 'yung character, medyo mahirap siyang ipaliwanag."
She continued, "[Si Pat], nagso-solve [siya] ng isang krimen sa isang all-girls school. So, doon mangyayari ang mga kapana-panabik na mga eksena but I can't really share much. Kasi medyo may pagka-mystery-thriller."
According to Bea, who has enjoyed a very successful decade-long career as a movie star and has worked on countless films, "Eerie" is one of her best.
"Definitely isa 'to sa mga pinakamagagandang pelikula na nagawa ko," she said, "It's something I would watch."
"Eerie" will also star legendary actress Charo Santos, Maxene Magalona, and Jake Cuenca. It was produced by Pelikula Red and Media East and will be distributed by Star Cinema.
