BALIKAN: Derek Ramsay’s most iconic lines in 'One More Chance'

A look like no other. Derek Ramsay often serves real hotness whenever he enters a room, plays a leading man role, or exposes his heat-inducing washboard abs on-screen like he was born to do it, every single time (we are not complaining though).

Perhaps one of God's greatest gifts to humanity, the actor has proven that more than his looks, his passion to deliver notable characters in films is truly 💯

Remember when he played the role of Mark in the classic "One More Chance" starring Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz?

Even though he somehow made things more complicated between Popoy and Basha (because Popoy assumed the worst of Basha), his presence is what we all needed to clear our minds, especially if we find ourselves in Basha's place.

And to celebrate his birthday today, December 7, we compiled his best "BFF" moments in the 2007 Cathy Garcia-Molina hit.

1. "Alam mo you (Basha) sounded like me three months ago. At the end of the day, even though things have changed some things remain the same. Kaya dapat huwag mong kakalimutan ang lumang ikaw."

Just the right words to make Basha visit her Thursday Barkada after two months and two weeks of the dramatic breakup.

2. "Baka okay na siya. Bash, okay na siya as in tanggap na niya na hindi na kayo magkakabalikan. Kasi naka-move on na siya."

Iba talaga ang POV ng mga lalaki, eh! “Derek” to the point!

3. "Bash, don't ever think that it was a mistake that you chose to find yourself, that you chose to love yourself a little bit more. Alam ko nasaktan si Popoy, but you said sorry for that, diba? Besides, nakabuti naman ang breakup niyo, diba? Bash, minsan it's better for two people to breakup so they can grow up. It takes grown-ups to make a relationship work."

Lucky Basha for having a friend like Mark!

Meanwhile, here are more of Derek's Star Cinema moments!

Happy birthday, Derek!

Bea and Derek also starred in "Kasal" with Paulo Avelino last May.
