#LLSBloodBath Scene of the Day: Jacintha or Malia?

Last night’s (January 10) episode of “La Luna Sangre” was very… heavy. :(

Jacintha (Angel Locsin) made the difficult decision to kill Tristan (Daniel Padilla) before he could fully turn into a vampire and Malia (Kathryn Bernardo) was beyond devastated. (Iyak na tayong lahat huhuhu)

Malia came running from her fight with Sandrino (Richard Gutierrez) to find the Lady In Red by her partner’s fallen body. This is our scene of the day and here’s why:

  • The way Malia pulled Tristan’s body to her and tried to shake him awake (ohmygooooood I cannot huhuhu)

  • How she noticed the stab wound on his chest and angrily asked Jacintha, “Ano’ng ginawa mo sa kanya?!” (*LOUD SOBBING*) (the paaaaaaiiiiin </3)

  • How Jacintha was so still, just staring at Tristan’s body on the ground (grabe, I can’t even imagine how much pain’s she’s in because she’s the one who ended his life :(( )

  • The way Sandrino appeared out of nowhere with blood dripping from his right eye (where the heck did he come from?!)

  • How Jacintha moved to attack and successfully stabbed him in the chest (YES!)

  • The way she collapsed right after Sandrino disappeared, clutching her left shoulder (OH NO! Is it the poison?)

  • How she said, “Tapos na,” as she started to disappear (omg what’s happening)

  • The way Malia’s face appeared on Jacintha’s as she weakened (OHMYGOD WHAT IS HAPPENING!!! Why is Malia’s face on Jacintha?!?!?!)

  • How she completely disappeared and left her red cape behind (WHAT!!! WE NEED ANSWERS!!!)

Did anyone expect THAT to happen?! And by “that,” I do mean the morphing faces of Jacintha and Malia.

People have been speculating that Jacintha is Future Malia since it was revealed she was the Lady In Red - in fact, one fan even tried to prove it.

Miguel Ygana Martinez posted a number of screenshots with his analysis of Jacintha as Future Malia on his Facebook account last December. One of his examples to support the theory is that Malia and Jacintha share similar powers, like the glowing red hands. Another is Jacintha’s left shoulder that was affected by the poison of a vampire bite. If you recall, when the two saw a glimpse of the future, Vampire Tristan bit Vision Malia on the left side of her neck, meaning the poison would be strongest on that side.

Check out Miguel’s full analysis of Jacintha as Future Malia here:

But since Jacintha is gone, will we ever find out the truth behind her identity?

Catch an all-new episode of “La Luna Sangre” tonight on Primetime Bida after “FPJ's Ang Probinsyano."
