Aga Muhlach and Ronaldo Valdez have revealed the meaning behind the title of their upcoming film "Seven Sundays."
"Seven Sundays" tells the story of the Bonifacio siblings, Allan , Bryan, Cha and Dex, who reunite after their father is diagnosed with cancer and have to deal with unresolved issues among themselves in the process.
According to Ronaldo, the film's title was taken from that situation, from a specific request made by his character, who is the Bonifacio family's patriarch.
"Parang nagkaroon ako ng wish, kasi nga hindi na kami nagkikita. Nagkaroon ako ng request to my children na sana kung pwede sa loob ng seven Sundays magkakasama kami," he said.
Aga, who plays the panganay, added, "[Ronaldo's character] was gonna [die] so parang feeling niya, itong mga natitirang seven Sundays na 'to makasama [niya kaming] lahat."
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, "Seven Sundays" also stars Enrique Gil, Cristine Reyes, and Dingdong Dantes. It will hit cinemas very soon!
