#LaLunaSangreHeKnows Scene of the Day: Not all vampires are bad

The mystery of Samantha Imperial’s (Maricar Reyes-Poon) epic return was revealed on last night’s (August 29) episode of “La Luna Sangre.”

Samantha shared with Prof. T (Albert Martinez) that she attempted to end her life multiple times after she was bitten by Lucas (Rico Blanco in “Imortal”) but she would always came back to life. After years of not-really living, she only came to understand why she's still alive - her mission isn't over.

While she and Prof. T were discussing their next move, the Moonchasers filled Tristan (Daniel Padilla) in on everything he missed while he was away, particularly their battle against vampires and how a female vampire (a.k.a. Samantha) saved them all. Despite his friends’ stories, Tristan refused to believe that good vampires exist in the world.

Our scene of the day is the confrontation between Tristan and Prof. T! Here’s why:

  • How the Moonchasers were anxiously waiting for Prof. T to introduce them to Samantha (curious din naman pala sila eh! Si Tristan lang talaga ‘yung medyo close-minded)

  • Their disappointment when Prof T told them it's not yet time for them to meet her yet (don’t worry! I’m sure you’ll meet her soon. At least, I hope you do. Hehe)

  • The way Tristan kept glaring at Prof. T (grabe naman makatingin si Tristan. Swear, it’s like he’s trying to use heat vision with all that anger in his eyes)

  • The way Tristan asked Prof. T if they weren’t even going to discuss how a vampire helped them the night before and was right there in the building with them (Tristan’s been kind of disrespectful lately, don’t you think? Grabe kasi makasagot. *smh*)

  • How Prof. T calmly told Tristan that not all vampires were bad and Tristan looked so angry (wow his nostrils were flaring like crazy!)

  • The way Tristan told Prof. T in that steely voice that they're all in constant danger because of the great many things they didn’t know and reminded him that vampires killed all their loved ones (he really doesn’t want to believe, huh? Boy, we could sure use Tonio’s (Romnick Sarmienta) help right now - maybe Tristan would listen to him?)

  • How the Moonchasers looked so awkward witnessing Tristan blow up at Prof. T (yeah, maybe they should’ve excused themselves or something haha)

  • The way Tristan demanded Prof T to introduce him to the lady vampire because he was having a hard time accepting that their leader was of the same kind that killed all their loved ones (well, that would be hard…)

  • How Tristan said that he felt like he was being used, slammed the Moonchaser wristband Prof T just gave him on the table, and promptly walked out (aaaawww :’( )

Tristan just needs some time to adjust, I think. Maybe he should meet Gael (Bryan Santos)? :>

Will Samantha agree to meet with Tristan? Can the other Moonchasers move on from finding out their leader is also a vampire? Catch an all-new episode of “La Luna Sangre” tonight on Primetime Bida after “FPJ's Ang Probinsyano."
