"A Love to Last" actor and "The Voice Kids" 2014 finalist Juan Karlos "JK" Labajo has put an end to rumors linking him to Maureen Wroblewitz, the first Filipina who won the modeling reality show "Asia's Next Top Model" Cycle 5.
In a story by PUSH today, August 30, JK said that he and Maureen met even before the 19-year-old model rose to fame.
"Eventually we became close friends kasi nga we share the same life story with how she lost her mom and how we’re both half-German," JK explained.
The young artist also clarified that he is not courting Maureen, saying, “She’s my best friend. Someone else owns her heart. Everything about her is great. Mabait siya, down-to-earth... That fact only, to think about that, it’s amazing."
Meanwhile, with regards to his co-actors on "A Love to Last," JK said that he might cry because the show is nearing its finale.
JK said, “I think made-depress ako kasi grabe na 'yung pinagsamahan namin sa 'A Love to Last' eh."
With five weeks to go for the show, the "A Love to Last" cast will hold a concert on September 8 called, "Goals: A Love to Last Concert" at the Kia Theatre in Cubao.
