Have you been wanting to achieve a fit and toned body but don't know how and where to start?
 
Don't worry, Kathryn Bernardo is here to be your "girlfriend slash trainer" in the gym.
 
In a series of Instagram stories, the Box Office Queen's trainer Mommy Kat Geronimo showed her followers Kathryn's secret to a healthy body.
 
First, squats. This is to improve your thighs, hips, and buttocks.
 


 
Second, dumbbell raise. This strengthens the shoulder with an emphasis on the sides of the deltoid muscles.
 

 


 
Third exercise is for the improvement of your core strength and body definition: Planking.

 

 

 

 


 
Fourth is the abdominal hold. If you want to have perfect abs, this is something you need to do!
