'Your Face Sounds Familiar' kids grill Vice Ganda about his love life

Vice Ganda has admitted that he wants to give his heart a break.

In last night's (April 23) hilarious episode of "Gandang Gabi Vice," the members of "Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids" turned the tables on the show's host, who they interrogated (LOL) about the current state of his love life.

"I'm taken by the alien," Vice joked, but added, "I'm single."

"Hindi pa ako nakakahanap," he explained to AC Bonifacio, Alonzo Muhlach, Awra Briguela, Elha Nympha, Justin Alva, Lyca Gairanod, Sam Shoaf, Xia Vigor, "Gusto ko munang ipahinga 'yung heart ko kasi right now. My heart needs a break, not a heartbreak."

The kids also took the time to ask Vice for love advice (which they're probably too young to follow but is worth-noting nonetheless), and also asked him some inexplicably mature questions about gender politics (Right? These kids are so cute!).

First, they asked "adVice" about unrequited love, to which the comedian replied:

"Ang dapat mo lang gawin ay ipagpatuloy mo lang 'yung magandang nararamdaman mo. Hayaan mong 'yung nararamdaman mo ay magbunga ito para sa sarili natin at para doon sa taong gusto natin."

He added, "Love should bring out the best version of yourself."

The talented kids then asked Vice, an openly gay man, on whether he would be open to dating a woman somewhere down the road.

He answered:

"That is something I cannot tell because I cannot foresee the future. Hindi natin alam kung anong mangyayari bukas, 'di ba? Maraming bagay ang nagbabago, maraming bagay ang 'di natin nako-control."

He continued, "Kung ibibigay ng Diyos wala naman tayong magagawa kung 'di tanggapin lang."

Vice starred in the 2016 blockbuster hit, "The Super Parental Guardians" with Onyok Pineda, Awra Briguela, and Coco Martin. Apart from hosting "GGV", he is also a mainstay in the long-running noontime program "It's Showtime."
