Gerald shares passion for helping disabled children

Gerald Anderson proves he’s more than just a super gwapo face with his dedication to help those in need.

In a report on “TV Patrol” yesterday, March 3, Gerald talked about how he reaches out to Cottolengo Filipino, an orphanage for disabled children in Rizal.

“I feel recharged and I feel happy [when I visit them]. This is why I’m so motivated sa career ko kasi I have to have that power that leverage para marami kaming ganitong moments,” he said.

During his latest visit to the orphanage, the actor brought with him Angel Dogs, who are trained to help those with disabilities and special needs.

“Talagang naging calm sila, masaya sila, pagkasama mga aso. So that’s our goal,” he enthused.

Gerald is gearing for his TV comeback “Ikaw Lang ang Iibigin” along with Kim Chiu, Jake Cuenca and Coleen Garcia.
