Kim Chiu and Xian Lim are not like any other couple who plan their dates ahead of time.
This pair is fond of spontaneous dates that's why this coming Valentine's Day, they don't have any plans yet.
"'Di ko alam kung may date eh. Pero parang Valentines is just a day. You can have a date naman everyday if you want. Date lang naman 'yun eh," Kim said in an exclusive interview with us at Star Creatives COO' Malou Santos' birthday party last Friday, January 27.
Is she expecting any surprises this year?
"Wala naman. I just want to feel babae. Wow! Ganun naman lahat ng girls. Pero not naman on that day lang. Pwede naman everyday ng February," Kim relayed.
A lot of us always look forward to Xian's surprises because he really has a lot of it up his sleeves.
One surprise that we and even Kim cannot forget is their "Land, Water and Air" date two years ago.
The Kapamilya actress related, "Nag-yacht kami, nangabayo kami, and then nag-hot air balloon kami. So sobrang memorable 'yun."
For Xian, every Valentines date is memorable and special because of Kim.
"Wala akong mapili eh. Every Valentines is special. Sayang naman kung pipili ako ng isa," he explained.
Kim and Xian went on to reiterate that Valentines is not just for couples.
"Pwede 'yun i-spend time with your best friend kasi it's a day of love for family, friends, best friend, loved ones. Okay lang kahit sino basta love mo," Kim said.
Xian echoed her sentiments, adding his advice to people who are single this coming love month.
"Don't rush it. Just because it's feb-ibig, 'wag kayo mapi-peer pressure na kailangan ko magkaroon ng special someone. Darating din 'yan," the 27-year-old actor said with a smile.
Kim and Xian have not yet spilled the beans on the real score between them but we bet their actions are enough to send relief to their fans' kilig hearts.
Xian is the newest addition to the stellar cast of television series "A Love To Last" starring Bea Alonzo, Iza Calzado, and Ian Veneracion.
You can also catch more of his acting prowess in his two upcoming films: a film with Coleen Garcia under Star Cinema and an independent film titled "Corpus Delicti."
Meanwhile, Kim will also grace the big screen this year in a Chito Rono film.
She will also be reunited with former on-screen partner Gerald Anderson in their upcoming series "Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin."
