Kapamilya singer Richard Poon revealed his feelings over the positive reception his wife Maricar Reyes got from her role on “La Luna Sangre”.
In a story by PUSH today, November 22, Richard said he is proud of Maricar.
Last November 7, Maricar’s character Samantha died on the top-rating teleserye, and lots of viewers were saddened.

Richard also revealed that Maricar suffered an ankle injury while shooting one of the stunt scenes for the hit fantaserye, and it did bother him a lot.
“It’s nice to watch her although it was disturbing for me siguro for ilang weeks, mga four or five weeks, kasi she got injured.
But Richard’s worries were alleviated because they have friends working on the set of “La Luna Sangre” that kept him updated on Maricar’s condition.
So there are people taking care of her,” he said.
Richard and Maricar have a book they co-wrote titled “10 Things We Fight About” under ABS-CBN Publishing. The couple got married in 2013.
