Make time for fitness.

It may sound impossible especially to working and hands-on mother but it is POSSIBLE! 

Take it from the hot celebrity momma, Ina Raymundo, who works almost everyday for "La Luna Sangre" and other projects but still manages to stay sexy and healthy despite her busy schedule.

In her Star Cinema Chat guesting two weeks ago,  the beautiful actress was very generous in sharing fitness tips and here, we've write down those:

1. "You have to be mindful on what you eat. Siguro i-cut mo lang sa half yung kinakain mo. Meron ka na agad resulta na mafi-feel mo you feel better."

2. "If you eat too much carbohydrates or you eat too much sugar, you will gain weight, unnecessary weight gain. You would feel .... sugar, high sugar, sugar low and yung skin mo magbe-break out. 'Di ba pagnagpi-pimple ka akala mo sa peanuts, 'yung mga oily pero hindi, (dahil sa) sugar ('yun). Dahil dun ka nagpipimple sa sugar. Let's say softdrinks, i-cut mo lang ng half sa iniinom mo, meron ng resulta 'yan na maganda."

3. "I do cheat. Kinakain ko 'yung mga kinecrave ko pero hindi everyday. Monday to Thursday talagang clean eating meaning  'yung carbs ko sakto lang, walang sugar, wala 'yung kung ano anong fry. Pero Friday, Saturday, kinakain ko 'yung kinecrave ko so happy ako. Hindi ko dinedeprive 'yung sarili ko."

4. "'Pag nasa work ka, magbaon ka ng snack mo.  I eat 6 small meals a day. Hindi big ha. Kung 6 big meals 'yun talagang not good for you. 'Yung sakto lang, ako lagi akong may baon na crackers or almonds kasi minsan nagugutom ka e. Masamang-masama talaga 'yung nalilipasan ka ng gutom. Masama 'yun. 'Yung breath mo, hindi mabango. Dun nagsisimula 'yun. Yung breath mo kasi gutom ka. "

5. "Lagi kang may baon na fruit if you can. Halimbawa: maliit na orange or maliit na banana or apple na maliit, isang serving na 'yun. So maganda talaga may baon ka. "

6. "You can walk also sa village niyo. Walk sa mga safe na lugar. "

7. "Sa bahay maraming exercises. Mag-youtube. Check ka lang sa youtube kung pano maraming ways. "

8. "House work, number one workout yun nung unang panahon ng mga mommies kaya namemaintain nila ang sexy figure nila nung time na 'yun kasi sila 'yung naglilinis ng bahay."

Meanwhile, Ina is among the cast members of the latest Chito Rono film "The Ghost Bride," which is now on its third week in cinemas.
