With his striking looks and undeniable talent, it makes us wonder why Kapamilya leading man Zanjoe Marudo is still single.
In an interview with morning talk show “Magandang Buhay,” yesterday, November 14, Zanjoe opened up on what he wants for his next relationship, his love language, and his commitment issues.
The International Emmy-nominated actor said that for his next relationship, he doesn’t want to hold anything back anymore. He said, “Sa susunod ‘pag naramdaman ko na, ‘yung ayun na, kaya kong ipagpalit lahat para dun.”
And for now, he is looking for someone who shares the same love language as he does, which is “act of service.”
“Kasi mas madali ang buhay, mas nagkakaintindihan, hindi na ‘yung lagi niyo pang kinakapa yung isa't isa,” he related.
Zanjoe also admitted that he is afraid of commitment.
“Yes. Takot ako [sa commitment]. ‘Yun nga ang gusto kong alamin, kung bakit ako takot. Siguro ‘yun ang kailangan kong matutunan ngayon,” he said.
Zanjoe is the lead star of the romantic-comedy “Fallback” together with Rhian Ramos and Daniel Matsunaga. It opens in cinemas today, November 15!
"Fallback" is about a girl named Michelle (Rhian Ramos) who is afraid to get hurt. She then finds herself a fallback guy in the person of her ex-boyfriend (Zanjoe Marudo) - while she is still in a relationship with Chris (Daniel Matsunaga). Can Michelle really save herself from the pain?
Directed by Jason Paul Laxamana, "Fallback" is produced by Cineko and distributed by Star Cinema.
