Enrique’s shares biggest acting advice from Aga Muhlach

At the young age of 25, Enrique Gil can now be proud that he’s gotten to work with the Original Heartthrob Aga Muhlach.

The talented actor has revealed that he learned some valuable acting advice from the legend himself while they shot their hit family comedy-drama “Seven Sundays” and he was generous enough to share some of them during his Bloggers Conference last October 15.

Enrique said, “Inuulit lang naman niya: ‘Just be real. At doon din ako naniniwala. Ganoon din naman kasi ako eh.”

He explained, “Just be real. Totoo lang. Kasi minsan sa drama may expectation sa eksena…kailangan mo umiyak, kailangan mo gumanoon, eh hindi eh. I mean, kung totoo lang nararamdaman mo sabihin mo. Kasi ‘yung totoo hindi naman kailangan lahat umiiyak. Ramdamin mo. Iba iba yung tao, iba iba ‘yung emotion eh.”

“Totoo ka lang [dapat] sa sarili mo.”

“Seven Sundays” tells the story of the four Bonifacio siblings (Dingdong Dantes, Cristine Reyes, Enrique Gil and Aga Muhlach), who are forced to return to their childhood home when their Tatay Manuel (Ronaldo Valdez) is diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

The main question is, as they confront their history, will they be able to reconnect and find redemption in each other?

"Seven Sundays" is now on its second week in cinemas!
