Kean Cipriano confirmed in an ABS-CBN News report that he and wife Chynna Ortaleza will hold their church wedding next month.
It will be a small, intimate ceremony, with less than a hundred guests consisting of their families and closest friends.
“Actually, we call it a church blessing than a wedding,” Kean explained, as the two were married in a civil ceremony in late 2015, but planned it so the event would coincide with their anniversary.
“‘Yung gusto lang namin ni Chynna is ‘yung essence ba,” he added. “Bakit ba namin ‘to ginagawa? Para magpa-bless, to get a blessing from God.”
Will little Stellar play a role in the big event?
“Ang main role niya sa wedding namin ay magpasaya, magbigay ng good vibes,” Kean said of his precious baby girl.
“Supposedly ring bearer namin siya, pero baka kasi mawala ‘yung singsing,” he joked. “Kung gusto niyang maglakad at umabot siya hanggang dulo eh okay. Basta walang pressure pagdating sa kanya.”
Kean is part of the family dramedy “Seven Sundays,” directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina which is now showing in cinemas. It stars Ronaldo Valdez, Dingdong Dantes, Cristine Reyes, Enrique Gil, and Aga Muhlach.
