Here's how Dingdong Dantes changed Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina's opinion of him.

During the "Seven Sundays" Press Conference last October 8, Direk Cathy revealed that she once saw Dingdong in a film years before and decided that he wasn't her cup of tea.

Drawing louder laughs, she continued, "Sabi ko, 'Oh my God!' So takot na takot akong maging artista 'to!"

However, Dingdong changed her mind with his talent in no time.

"Pero kabaliktaran po ang nangyari," she said, "I loved Dingdong from the first day he set foot on my set up to now. In fact, I became a fan of Dingdong."

"Kasi no expectations ako. Noong umaarte na...marunong pala 'to, magaling pala 'to. Beyond the trophies and the awards, I really appreciated Dingdong here."

According to Direk Cathy, Dingdong rose to the level of his legendary co-stars Aga Muhlach and Ronaldo Valdez.

She praised, "Attitude? Walang-walang-wala po. Tulog? So I love Dingdong now, I'm a fan."

Watch Dingdong's powerful performance in "Seven Sundays" which tells the story of the four Bonifacio siblings (Dingdong Dantes, Cristine Reyes, Enrique Gil and Aga), who are forced to return to their childhood home when their Tatay Manuel (Ronaldo Valdez) is diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

The main question is, as they confront their history, will they be able to reconnect and find redemption in each other?

"Seven Sundays" is now showing in cinemas nationwide!
