The late King of Comedy Dolphy is getting his own museum!
Dolphy's son Epi Quizon revealed to Pep last January 12 that they are currently in the process of developing a "Dolphyville" in Batangas where Dolphy's museum will be built.
Epi revealed, “It’s actually a farm-to-lot, farm-to-residential, it’s a farm na gagawing residential. Dun namin ilalagay ang museum ng daddy ko."
"We’re just waiting for the license, pero it’s being developed."
He continued, "Of course, hihintayin lang namin yung lisensiya and then we’ll… basta iyon na lang muna, it’s being developed right now."
Dolphy began his long and legendary career in show business as a 17 year old theater actor during the Japanese occupation. He died in 2012 just 15 days shy of his 84th birthday. He is survived by 17 children.
