After weeks of being in a long-distance relationship, Jake Cuenca and his New York-based model-girlfriend Sara Grace Kelley are finally reunited and back in each other's arms.
This cute couple went to what they call "paradise," for a short but sweet getaway together.
On their respective Instagram accounts (
@juancarloscuenca and
@saragracekelley), the two shared photos from their "infinite adventure."
It can be remembered that in April last year, Jake thanked Sara Grace for "changing his life" but in December he confirmed their breakup.
He nonetheless has been vocal about how special Sara Grace is to him. Last April, they got to catch up when Jake went to New York. Apparently after that, they got back together.
