Award-winning singer and the daughter of Nat King Cole, Natalie Cole has died at the age of 65 yesterday, January 1.
According to her publicist Maureen O’Connor, she died due to congestive heart failure.
The soul singer is best known for her 1991 Grammy-winning album titled “Unforgettable: With Love” which won six Grammy Awards.
Moreover, her 1975 debut album which included her hit single “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" made her win in Grammys’ Best Artist and Best Female R&B Performance.
Her other hits include: "Miss You Like Crazy," "Lush life," "Starting Over Again," and "I've got Love On My Mind."
