The 2015 Star Creatives series “Bridges of Love” starring Jericho Rosales, Paulo Avelino, and Maja Salvador has reached the country of Peru.
“Bridges of Love” is the first local teleserye to be aired in the said country and eventually became a big hit for the Latin American market.
They translated the title to Spanish, Peru’s official language: “Puentes De Amor.”
Aside from “Bridges of Love,” Jericho’s other hit series “The Legal Wife," in which he co-starred with Maja and Angel Locsin, has also earned following in the Africa and Balkan regions.
In an interview on "Bandila" aired last night, May 11, the 36-year-old actor expressed how privileged he feels to be part of these projects, and more so, to be tagged as the “Asia’s Prince of Dramas.”
“It’s nice to be part of projects like that na may global appeal,” Jericho said.
Jericho's earlier teleserye, “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” (2009) conquered Colombians’ hearts, while “Pangako Sa’Yo” (2000) had a remake in Cambodia in 2013. In both projects, he co-starred with former flame Kristine Hermosa.
He will return to TV with the upcoming series “Never Say Goodbye” with John Estrada and "Always Be My Maybe" lead actress Arci Muñoz.
