Daniel Padilla overflows with love on his 21st birthday today, April 26, with a special salubong from his family and friends.

And what made it even more special? The surprise party was organized by his ladylove Kathryn Bernardo. She was the one who prepared everything from balloons, food, arcade and fireworks.
