Four Star Cinema films took home trophies at the prestigious Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Awards yesterday, December 4.
Gabby Concepcion, Lorna Tolentino and JM Ibanez won acting awards for their performances in “Crazy Beautiful You.” Gabby and Lorna were both Best Supporting Actor and Actress, respectively, while JM was named the Best Child Performer of the night.
Addiss Tabong won Best Sound and Shari Marie Montiague won Best Production Design for “You’re My Boss.”
The Best Musical Score went to “A Love Affair,” composed by Cesar Francis Concio, while Carlo Francisco Manatad won Best Editing for “Para sa Hopeless Romantic.”
Rain Yamson won Best Cinematography for “Silong,” which was distributed by Star Cinema.
