Congratulations are in order for all the amazing stars inducted today, the first of December, at the 11th Walk of Fame ceremony.
Liza Soberano, Jodi Sta. Maria, Angelica Panganiban, Ted Failon, John Arcilla, and Shaina Magdayao were among the 15 stars who were honored with their own star, and we couldn't be prouder!
What a perfect way to greet the yuletide season, huh?
Liza, who has been active in the industry for a relatively short time, has truly proven herself to be worthy of her own star. The actress has starred in the hit television shows "Forevermore" and "Dolce Amore" and has two blockbuster movies under her belt namely "Just The Way You Are" and "Everyday I Love You."
Angelica, dubbed as this generation's Drama Queen, is a true gem. She's one of the few child stars who made a successful transition from being cute to being respected. She starred in one of this year's most acclaimed Star Cinema films, "The Unmarried Wife".
Speaking of child stars who made it big, here is Shaina Magdayao flashing a big smile beside her star. Shaina is a triple threat: she can dance, she can act, and she can sing. In the staggering 24 years she's been active in the industry, she's been a mainstay on our screens and in our hearts.
Jodi and her works need no introduction. She's had a long and successful career in show business, shining true and bright not only in television ("Be Careful With My Heart," "Pangako Sa'yo" remake), but in films too ("The Achy Breaky Hearts"). She is one of the most respected and beloved actresses in the country.
Congratulations to all those who got stars tonight!
